A 3D simulation, included free, that shows you exactly how your smile will move.
You sit down. We do an intraoral scan — five minutes, no impressions, no goop. The scanner builds a 3D model of your bite, the software simulates the move, and you see the before-and-after on screen at the consultation. Not a generic stock smile — yours.
If you don't like what you see, you don't book. There's no obligation, no deposit at this stage, and the consultation costs you nothing.
Posted aligners go wrong because nobody's checking the bite.
Direct-to-consumer aligners — Smile Direct Club style, the brands that send everything by post — don't have a dentist examining your mouth in person. They scan, post the trays, and hope. When the bite goes wrong, when a tooth doesn't track, when the gums recede, there's no clinician in the room to spot it.
Our aligners are different in two ways. First: a registered dentist examines your teeth, gums, and bite at the start. Second: we review you in person every 6 weeks throughout treatment. If a tooth isn't moving as planned, we adjust — we don't post you the next set and hope.
UK-made, UK-reviewed
The trays themselves are produced in our own dental lab in the UK. Same building, same week. No transcontinental shipping, no two-month wait for your initial set.
Most cases finish in 4 to 8 months.
Mild crowding cases — what £999 typically buys — finish in around 14 trays, roughly 4–6 months. Slightly more complex cases run to 7–8 months. We tell you exactly which tier yours falls into at the consultation, in writing, before you decide anything.
You wear the trays 20–22 hours a day. Take them out to eat, brush your teeth, drink anything other than cold water. Most patients adapt to the rhythm within the first week.
Retainers, included
Once treatment finishes, you're given retainers as part of the £999. These keep your teeth in place — without them, teeth drift back over time. Replacement retainers are available at material cost.
£999 covers the lot — not just the trays.
- Free in-person consultation with a registered dentist
- 3D intraoral scan and simulation of your final smile
- All aligner trays for one arch (single-arch case, mild crowding)
- Six-weekly in-person reviews throughout treatment
- Final retainers — set of two
- Any adjustment trays needed mid-treatment, included
Both-arch cases (£1,499) and complex cases requiring more trays are quoted separately at the consultation. The £999 price applies to single-arch, mild-to-moderate crowding cases — confirmed at your free consultation.
Two ways to pay. Free 3D preview either way.

Common questions
How is this different from Smile Direct Club or by-post brands?
Two main differences. First: a registered dentist examines you in person before treatment starts — at SDC and similar, no clinician sees your mouth. Second: we review you every 6 weeks in person throughout treatment. If a tooth isn't moving as planned, we adjust. Posted-aligner brands can't course-correct — they ship the next set and hope.
Can I take them out to eat?
Yes — that's the point of clear aligners. You take them out for meals, snacks, and to drink anything other than cold water. You also remove them to brush. The rule of thumb is 20–22 hours a day in. If you can't commit to that, fixed braces are a better option and we'll tell you so at the consultation.
What if I lose a tray?
Tell us as soon as possible. Depending on where you are in the sequence, we either move you to the next tray early or print a replacement at our lab — usually within a week. Replacement trays mid-treatment are included in the £999. We don't add hidden fees for normal-life mishaps.
Will it hurt?
For the first 2–3 days after each new tray you'll feel pressure on the moving teeth. Most patients describe it as a tight, dull ache — controlled with standard painkillers if needed. By day 3 the discomfort fades. Each new tray you'll get the same brief tightness, but it's much milder once you're a few weeks in.
Can my smile relapse afterwards?
Without retainers, yes — teeth drift back over months and years. With retainers, no. We give you a set of two retainers as part of the £999 and instructions for wear. Most patients wear them nightly indefinitely; replacement retainers are available at material cost when they wear out.
What if my case turns out to be more complex?
We'll tell you at the consultation, in writing, before you commit. The £999 price is for single-arch mild-to-moderate crowding. Both-arch cases are £1,499. More complex cases — severe crowding, bite correction, gaps requiring more than 14 trays — are quoted separately. No surprises mid-treatment.
