All-on-4 is implant surgery. It's drilling into bone, anchoring titanium posts, and balancing a fixed prosthesis on top of them. When something goes wrong — a failed osseointegration, a screw loosening, a peri-implant infection — you need a dentist who knows your case and is reachable on a Tuesday afternoon, not a five-hour flight away.
We do this work at our flagship clinic in Leeds. Same dentist places the implants, restores the arch, and sees you for every aftercare visit. Year five, year ten, year fifteen — you're still under the same roof.

The treatment day starts around 8am with sedation. We extract whatever needs extracting, place four implants in the strongest bone in each arch, and fit a temporary fixed bridge before you leave. You walk out, that day, with teeth that look and feel like teeth.
Three to six months later — once the implants have integrated with the bone — we replace that temporary bridge with the final, lab-made prosthesis. That's the smile you keep.
Sedation, included
You'll have IV sedation for the surgery itself. You won't remember most of the day. We have a dedicated sedation nurse and full medical-grade monitoring; this is the same setup hospitals use.
Aftercare, in-house
Hygienist visits, screw checks, prosthesis cleans — all done at our Leeds clinic, by a team that already knows your mouth. No coordination across borders, no translation, no surprises.

Common questions
Will it hurt?
The surgical day itself you won't feel — IV sedation handles that. For the next 3–5 days afterwards there's swelling and tenderness, controlled with standard painkillers (we prescribe what's needed). By the end of week one most patients are back to normal eating soft foods. Most rate it less painful than they expected.
How long does the whole process take?
Surgery day: about 4–5 hours including sedation recovery. You walk out with a fixed temporary bridge. Then 3–6 months for the implants to integrate with bone — during this time you eat normally with the temporary. Final prosthesis fitted at the 4–6 month mark. Total elapsed time start to finish: about 5 months.
What if an implant fails?
All-on-4 has a 95–98% five-year success rate when properly placed. If a single implant fails, the prosthesis still functions on the remaining three while we replace it — you don't go without teeth. Our five-year warranty covers replacement at no additional cost. Beyond five years, replacements are charged at material cost only, not full implant cost.
Why is this so much cheaper than Turkey though?
It isn't, on paper — Turkey clinics quote £4,000–£6,000 per arch. But that headline price often excludes flights, hotel for 7–14 days, two trips (placement + final fit), CBCT, sedation, and anything that goes wrong afterwards. Add those in honestly and you're at £8,000+ with a clinic you can't reach on a Tuesday. Our £7,999 includes everything, with the same dentist for life.
Can I have it done if I currently wear dentures?
Yes — dentures are one of the most common starting points. We'll take a CBCT scan to confirm there's enough bone for implant anchorage. Where bone has resorbed too far, we discuss bone grafting or a longer healing protocol. Roughly 90% of denture wearers are candidates without grafting.
What's the consultation actually like?
About 45 minutes. Dr Zain reviews your case, examines your existing teeth and gums, takes intraoral photographs, and books a CBCT if it's clinically indicated. We talk through what's involved, the realistic timeline, and the full written quote. No sales pressure, no decision required on the day. Most patients go away with the quote, think about it, and book treatment 1–4 weeks later.
