UrgentCare Aligners · For Dentists

The aligner lab
your cases deserve.

A UK-based aligner service, built by dentists, for dentists. Send us the case — we'll handle the planning, the production, and the turnaround, all from our own lab.

Made in the UK · Roughly half the big-brand price · 10–14 day turnaround

We built our own aligner service because we'd rather bring the lab work in-house than pay eight hundred pounds a case to a lab we couldn't talk to. Our associates shouldn't have to either. This is the same work, done here, at a fair price, with a real clinician on the other end of the phone.

Why Work With Us

Five small differences that add up.

01

Roughly half the price.

Our per-case fee is around half of what the big-brand aligner systems charge for comparable work. We don't spend on TV ads and we don't have shareholders to pay. We'd rather pass the difference on — to you, and through you to your patients.

02

10–14 day turnaround.

Most cases come back within a fortnight of your submission. No four-week waits for a treatment plan, no surprise delays when the case is "with the lab". We produce in the UK and we move.

03

Talk to an actual dentist.

When you've got a question about attachment placement, IPR timing, or whether the plan is doing what you asked it to do — you ring us. A clinician picks up. Not a portal ticket, not a regional rep.

04

Made in the UK.

Every aligner is produced here. No international shipping delays, no customs hold-ups, no awkward material substitutions. What you approve is what you get, in the timeframe we quoted.

05

Revisions without the paperwork.

Mid-treatment refinement? New scan, a note about what you want, we re-plan and re-produce. No form-filling, no "that'll be extra", no case manager to email.

You shouldn't have to pay eight hundred pounds a case for work we can do properly for a fraction of that. It's that simple.

Cases We Take

The honest list.

We plan and produce aligners for the full range of mild-to-moderate adult orthodontic work. We'll tell you honestly if a case is better suited to fixed appliances or a specialist referral.

  • Mild-to-moderate crowding (up to ~4mm arch discrepancy)
  • Anterior spacing and midline diastemas
  • Minor rotations and tip corrections
  • Post-orthodontic relapse cases
  • Pre-restorative alignment for bonding and veneers
  • Retention planning and retainer production

Cases we'd rather you refer elsewhere

  • Severe skeletal Class II / III discrepancies
  • Significant vertical correction or open-bite cases
  • Complex multi-quadrant rotation over 30°
  • Paediatric growth-modification cases

How It Works

From submission to dispatch.

01

You submit the case

Use the form below. Patient photos, x-rays if you have them, and an intraoral scan (STL or PLY). Tell us what you're trying to achieve and anything we should know clinically.

02

We review and plan

A clinician at UCD reviews the case, flags anything of concern, and puts together a treatment plan — tooth movements, stages, IPR and attachment recommendations, predicted timeline.

03

Plan back to you

You get the treatment plan within 10–14 days. You approve, you ask for changes, or you request a different approach. We'll go back and forth as much as the case needs — no extra cost for revisions to the plan.

04

We produce the aligners

Once you've signed off, the aligners are produced in our lab. Numbered, bagged, labelled with the patient reference you gave us. Ready to hand to your patient in a box that carries your practice branding, not ours, if you'd prefer.

05

Mid-treatment refinements

Case not tracking quite right? New scan, quick note, we re-plan and re-produce. We'd rather you tell us at week twelve than find out at the end that something wasn't moving. Refinements are part of the service.

Case Submission

Send us a case.

Fields marked with an asterisk are the minimum we need to plan. Everything else helps us do it better. We'll be back to you within 10–14 working days with a plan.

Your practice
Patient reference

No need to send us the full patient name — a reference you'll recognise on the plan back is enough.

Clinical
Upload

We'll confirm receipt by email. Your treatment plan will be back to you within 10–14 working days.

Uploading your case…

Or just call.

Sometimes it's quicker to talk it through first. If you've got a borderline case or a question before you submit, our clinical team is happy to pick up the phone.
